Structure metrics are computational priors, not biological proof. Predicted folds (ESMFold) and deterministic sequence-only proxies prioritize candidates for review; they do not establish biological activity, binding, stability, efficacy, safety, patentability, or clinical readiness. Wet-lab validation and human review are the downstream reality check.
